Bus Stop Films | The PLACES Pilot

We produced this short documentary about PLACES, a groundbreaking new program being operated by Bus Stop Films, aimed at people who have undertaken previous filmmaking courses or have measurable on the job experience in filmmaking and live with a disability, and is designed to forge pathways to work in the screen industry. While Bus Stop Films has been running filmmaking workshops for a number of years, this program is designed to offer participants access to specialisations of writing, directing & cinematography.

This documentary follows participants through the process of creating a short film as the pilot program is operated for the first time.

We captured footage over select workshops and the film shoot, with interviews filmed at the conclusion of the program.
